The "little Loudmouth" was originally created in 1994 by Michael Standau (Stan the Man, Rest In Peace), basing on an idea by Jörg. His "cosmetic operation" and the creation of the "She-Loudmouth" were done by DISH666 from Belgium in 1999, also basing on Jörg's ideas.
